Preview draft — not yet reviewed by counselThese terms describe how B&Pay may be used during its current preview stage. They are a draft overview, not final legal terms — production terms will be confirmed, versioned and dated before B&Pay processes real funds.
1. Preview status
B&Pay is in private development. Screens may use demonstration data, and no feature described here authorises the movement of real money unless explicitly stated otherwise at the point of use.
2. Eligibility
Access is limited to individuals and organisations invited by BLACK& for evaluation. You must provide accurate information during onboarding and keep your credentials confidential.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the platform's operation, attempt to bypass access or security controls, submit fraudulent information, or use the preview environment for actual commercial payment processing.
4. Fees
Any fee, rate or limit shown in the product (including currency-conversion rates) is indicative and for demonstration only until a licensed payment provider and priced commercial agreement are in place.
5. Intellectual property
The B&Pay product, source code, design system and documentation are the exclusive property of BLACK&. Access to a preview does not transfer ownership of, or a licence to redistribute, any part of the platform.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The preview is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BLACK& is not liable for decisions made based on preview data, and no regulatory status, authorisation or certification is implied by access to this environment.
7. Changes
These draft terms may change as the product, its providers and its regulatory scope evolve. Material changes will be communicated before production launch.
