1. Information we process
Account details you provide (name, contact information, preferences), authentication data, and product-usage information such as pages visited and features used during evaluation.
2. How information is used
To operate the preview environment, personalise the account experience, maintain security and audit trails, and improve the product ahead of a production release.
3. Sharing with providers
Where B&Pay connects to identity, KYC/KYB, banking or card-processing partners in later phases, data will be shared only as necessary for the requested service and disclosed in an updated policy before that integration goes live.
4. Data retention and security
Preview data is retained only as long as needed for evaluation and security purposes, and access is limited on a least-privilege basis. Production retention schedules will be defined per deployment and regulatory requirement.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting your BLACK& contact. Some information may be retained where required for security, audit or legal reasons.
6. Changes
This draft will be superseded by a complete, jurisdiction-aware privacy policy before B&Pay handles production data.
